Why these bets?
Starting with the treble, we’ve picked three teams that should have enough quality and squad depth to get the job done. Even if they rotate their line-ups, their squads should still be stronger than the opposition.
Coventry will be determined not to slip up against a League One side, while Ipswich simply have too much quality across the squad. Unfortunately for Peterborough, they don’t have the biggest squad and may lack the experience needed to deal with this kind of test.
The Over 2.5 Goals fourfold is a little more risky, but naturally offers a bigger reward if it lands. There aren’t really many reliable stats to go by, and with these being cup games, the usual league trends can often go out the window. Instead, we’ve focused on fixtures where the teams involved should be competitive and capable of creating chances. That said, there’s always the possibility that one side takes control and scores three or more goals themselves if things go their way.
